Carlos Zambrano Loses It, AGAIN!

Giving up 4 runs in the first inning to the Chicago White Sox, Carlos Zambrano turned the blame to Derek Lee. Of course, why take responsibility when you can throw it on someone else? How many times has this guy flipped his lid? 5 years, $91 million contract sure sounds like a great decision right now. Now he's suspended indefinitely. The Cubs always seem to be running in place. They're 8 1/2 games out of first place. They have 1 guy batting over .300, and he's 32 years old (Marlon Byrd). Alfonso Soriano had been a bust ever since they acquired him. He hasn't hit over .300 for the season since he left the Yankees. Their pitching, well, it's suspect at best. I'll give it to Carlos Silva, he's the only pitcher that has more wins than losses. Remember all the hype around the Kerry Wood and Mark Pryor 1-2 punch. Hype. I hate to say it but look what happened to the Rays when they got rid of "sweet" Lou Pineilla. I just don't understand how you can have the 3rd highest payroll in the league behind the Yankees and Red Sox and suck this bad? Blame it on management, blame it on the players they signed. At least I'm not a Chicagoan. It's a shame though, that this b.s. is happening at Wrigley.
